'We were looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. We were visiting relatives over Labour Day weekend. Although the bed in #224 was somewhat sqeeky ( and small in size), we slept ok. We were AMAZED that the hotel provided free coffee and ice. There is a microwave available and even a printer. The staff is efficient and friendly. In short : comfortable for a low-budget traveller. 'The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay.'

'The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.'

'They include breakfast, which is nice. My room was spacious. The staff were helpful. The only negative was that the rooms are not ready until 4:00, but you can store your luggage. You can walk or take a rideshare 1.2 miles into town and get something to eat. I would stay there again.'
