'Upon check in room was absolutely filthy. Looked as if it had never been cleaned. I stayed with my family and have two infants and could not stay in this room. Staff was helpful and moved us to a small but clean room. Make sure to check the room thoroughly before staying in it!'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay.'

'I had an extremely pleasant and restful stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and I slept well. The gym equipment functioned as they should and were easy to use. I had only 2 problems. A front desk staff person was a little rude at times. But most strikingly, the breakfast offered as part of the room price was ridiculously paltry. I would think that a multibillion dollar hospitality corporation would be able to offer guests in one of its major cities a complete and satisfying...
