Pensions in Banff

'Perfect!'

'Ontvangst aan de balie was de meest onvriendelijke in onze hele trip van 14 dagen. Enige woorden die werden gebruikt waren "ID? Credit Card? Car license nr? Initials here and here, signature there!". Then I asked her name and wrote it down on a paper... Suddenly she became friendly all over. But it was a fake show to me anyway...'

'We got the smallest room of the hotel. Different from photo.'

'Handig dat er een shuttle was naar het centrum. Kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.'

'This was easily one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The valet’s were so amazing, the expedition workers were helpful and friendly. The view from our room (King-Vista view) was so spectacular that I’m not sure I will find its equal. Definitely try to food at Parker’s. It is worth it. We would stay here again and again.'

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '
