Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We decided to stay here while my husband and sister-in-law attended the “Tyler the Creator” concert across the street. From the very beginning we had issues with this property. There was an older woman at the desk that expressed irritation, to the customer ahead of us, with our cooing baby. I understand. Not everyone likes children. That’s fair, but it’s completely unprofessional to speak [nastily] aloud about your disdain for them. Especially to paying customers who have been reassured that establishment is family friendly. Another concierge, Amy, saw the situation and attempted to intervene. She was very kind and professional, and got us checked into our room smoothly. She was also very apologetic for her co-worker’s ignorance (which she shouldn’t have been). That put such a bad taste in our mouth from the beginning. The room was extremely dated AND HOT. The bathroom had seen better days, but it was clean. Since we were only staying a couple of days, I didn’t make a huge deal of it…but so many other things happened in that small amount of time that really ticked me off, including random hidden charges upon check-out. I wasn’t going to leave a review, because I don’t like leaving bad ones, but maybe I can spare another family some disappointment. Not like they care, but MY CREW WILL NOT BE BACK!
