Flats in Ballymena

'The hotel is clean and the room spacious, bed large and comfy, the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble, the food was good and plentiful and good choices, would definitely stay again. Good location for our plans.'

'Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.'

'Kamer stonk en vloerbedekking bij inloop badkamer was nat. Dat ik binnenkwam stonden ramen open om te luchten ( waarschijnlijk was probleem bekend) gemeld bij receptie. Wij komen erop terug. Twee maal bericht gestuurd en gevraagd om een oplossing tot op heden echter geen antwoord. Ik heb gewacht om dit te plaatsen en ze de mogelijkheid gegeven met een passend voorstel te komen. Tot op heden geen reactie ontvangen'

'Picture perfect! Clean and cozy room with the best view you can ask for! The hosts are funny, kind, and helpful. The free breakfast is something special! The only thing I wished for is that I could’ve stayed longer 10/10!'

'We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!'

'Amazing room and lovely view the perfect dog friendly staycation.'

'Was nice and relaxing got a good massage also. Bed very comfortable. Host very friendly'

'Clean as a whistle, easy check in system. Hot tub lovely, great decor. Love the place '

'Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...

'My boyfriend booked this stay for my surprise birthday getaway and it was beautiful. We loved the cultural and historical significance of the cottage and the decor was stunning. We loved the hot tub out the back, it was private and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and the parking was so handy. We ordered an Indian Takeout and it didn't take long to arrive at all. We hadn't even finished our stay and were already talking about coming back. Its such a perfect getaway to be in nature. '

'Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. Rosie is a Really pleasant host. Thoroughly recommend.'

'I much liked the location of the hotel en the quieteness within a green environment. Also thumbs up for the hotel crew! Very polite, helpful, keen and devoted to provide the customer a wonderful stay'

'we hadden per ongeluk een kamer voor mindervaliden besteld, maar kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer. De eerste kamer rook ook wat muf, de nieuwe niet. ontbijt was zeer lekker'
