Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 128 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. Entrance to the upper floor by outside staircase. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, diameter 5.5 m, 1.2 m deep).
