As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary for your stay, including kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
This townhouse offers a television and internet access.

It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
On the first floor, in the first bedroom, you will find two single beds with a big terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Next to it, another bedroom with a double bed. The Main bedroom, located on the top floor contains a double bed with bathroom ensuit and a terrace with views to the river Guadiana and the bridge bordering Portugal on one side and over the swimmingpool, on the other side.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is on the groundfloor, has a toilet and sink. The second bathroom on the first floor, has a toilet, sink and a Bathtube. The third one is ensuit with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtube.

From the living room and the kitchen there is access to an enclosed terrace with a large table with enough space for 6 people. From there you can also access the terrace where you can enjoy the sun or have a barbecue. There is also direct access to the communal pool.

The property is located in a very quiet complex perfect for relax, close to the golf course of Costa Esuri. Only 10 min. from Ayamonte and 15 min. from the beach. The airport of Faro is about 45 min. away and the airport of Sevilla is about 1h 30 min.

House Rules:
- Adults only.
- No youth-groups /No groups under the age of 25.
- No parties.
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Beach Towels are not included.
- A security deposit of 300€ will be required in caso on the day of arrival.
