Condo w/ mountain & partial ocean view - upper balcony

  • This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath(new tub and shower enclosure), new ceiling fans, and perhaps most importantly...NEW PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS in the living room, and both bedrooms upstairs. Please note that there are stairs inside the condo leading up to the first bathroom and additional stairs that lead to the bedrooms.

    Why rent a one-room hotel room, when you can spread out in 1218 square feet (not including the two balconies). 55 inch Flat screen TV downstairs, Master Bedroom, as well as second bedroom also has a TV. We are located in an end unit with plenty of light. The master bedroom has a California King and the second bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a New twin trundle bed downstairs as well as two floor mat type futons if you prefer (located in the master closet). There are also two balconies to spread out and relax (the upstairs balcony has a partial ocean view and mountainside view)

    There is WIFI, propane bbq, dishwasher, microwave, drip and kurig coffee makers. Both bathroom are equipped with body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The laundry is in the basement of the condo complex.

    You can also enjoy the complex's pool and spa with an $80.00 refundable pool key deposit (our island host will call and give you details). The pool and Jacuzzi are heated during the peak season Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Off season, the pool is only heater on weekends and holidays.

    This large comfortable fully furnished condo is located in the heart of Avalon. It's in town tucked into the hills on flat ground so it is easy to walk everywhere. Its just a short level 3 block walk to the beach (these are Avalon blocks so they are short). Unlike many of Avalon's hotels, this condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance to all that Avalon has to offer.

    We are located out of the hustle and bustle but conveniently close by. There is a large full service Von's within a short walk to pick up necessities. Although Uber and Lyft are not allowed on the island, there is taxi service and Circuit available.

    This is a good vacation value for your money. A large condo that sleeps 6 (in beds)

We really enjoyed our stay here! The manager was so kind and thoughtful—she even let us check in early since we arrived on an earlier boat, which meant a lot to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our boys to have there own space. Even though it is a condo, we never felt like we didn't have privacy.My only hope is that they get a larger barbecue than the one that is currently in place.Allison, the property manager, was responsive and easy to work with, she made checking in a breeze. We are planning on returning again next year.

A great getaway

Spacious and Comfortable

My kids and I spent a wonderful weekend in Catalina and this condo was base camp. The beds are very comfortable and the layout allowed each of us to have our own private space. The condo is on a hill and does have a lot of stairs, something to consider if you have mobility problems.

Great Condo & Fantastic Location

I stayed here with a few friends for the Catalina Half Marathon and we loved this place and its location. The condo is spacious, it has multiple beds and balconies with a stocked kitchen. The location is tucked away in a quiet corner of town yet walkable to everything that you want to see and do in Avalon. It's a great condo with a super friendly host as well. Thanks!
