'No housekeeping for first 6 days out of 10 day stay '

'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'There was dust all over the bathroom ac vent. Dirty baseboads. Room was on the 4th floor. They really need some real deep cleaning. They charges us $150 for vaping in the room so if you vape this place is not for you.'

'The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back! '

'The A/C was cold but the motor and can were so loud that i had to shut it off for the night. Thankfully the temps were cooler too keep the room cool. Breakfast was adequate. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs but they were provided along with a nice selection for everyone. The room was very nice, clean. 'Staff very friendly especially when I checked in Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided. Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel. Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi. Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile.
