Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you.'

'Clean room, I had to have them change out the pillow cases once after room service because 3 out of 5 were rough, not soft, staff was great, hot tub was a perfect temperature, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, no waffle maker but it had boiled eggs, yogurt, protien bars etc.'
