'Good rooms, good parking, poor breakfast options, ac is loud'

'Clean but bare bones. Bed sat very low on just a frame. No tissues. Only 1 pillow per person. No amenities such as shampoo or bodywash or hair dryer.'

'It was really nice. A bit pricey. '

'Clean, comfortable stay with nice views over the field.'

'Good location for travelling, even close enough to drive downtown Staunton. Hotel grounds very neat and good parking, first impression inside very clean and open and very friendly staff. Room was spacious and quite clean, bathroom needs some professional plumber do the caulking and removal of mold, though generally clean. Breakfast was quite varied, with as well choices for a healthy breakfast, though also very sugar loaded choices. Service at breakfast was perfect, the ladies kept all super...

'Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly.'

'Knew nothing about this hotel nor Staunton other than it was located near the southern end of Shenandoah. When looking for places to stay after our 3 SE National Parks excursion, I happened to find this hotel. What a delightful treasure! After hiking all day and knowing the next day we had an 8hr trip home, we were so pleased to be welcomed by the coziness of the hotel. Everything about it was comfortable! The staff, eating the delicious chili served in the bistro by the warm fireplace, and...

'This is located in downtown Staunton and it’s a great location. The parking is shared with other businesses and residences and can be challenging if arriving in the evening. This is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The tv was small and in a sitting room with two less than ideal chairs. There was no ice available. The HVAC worked well. The WiFi did not. The breakfast was serviceable but nothing special. The staff was...

'Room very clean and it was quiet.'

'Super clean, fun space. Would highly recommend for a stay in the area.'

'The room was clean enough. But the beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The staff members who greeted us were friendly, even when the computer slowed down as they were trying to check us in. The elevators had a terrible odor. The location of the hotel was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was close to the main routes we needed to access for our trip. Friendly staff maintaining the breakfast area. The food was fine and there was a nice...

'great new hotel. easy on the interstate and very good place to spent the night.'

'Hotel is wonderful as we have stayed there in the past but this time when checking in they charged us a parking fee. I will be looking at different hotels in the future.'

'It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay.'
