**The Owl House: Your Comfy Retreat**

Welcome to The Owl House, where comfort meets spacious living! This charming home features four distinct conversational areas: a Dining Room, an Office Area, a Living Room, and a spacious outdoor concrete deck. Everyone can gather in the Living Room to watch movies on the big screen TV while lounging on the roomy couch and ottomans.

**Please Note:**
- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES are allowed.
- All outdoor activities should conclude by 10 PM EST to keep our neighbors happy.

Spacious house close to all the Atlanta sites

This is a lovely house with a nice yard and outdoor deck that can comfortably accommodate multiple families. We had four adults and four children and still had a spare bedroom. Additionally, this house is a short drive from just about any sites and entertainment options that Atlanta has to offer.

Nothing Fancy-Large Crowd Pleaser

No surprises, had looked the place over on line, Bedrooms were furnished with bedding, plenty of towels for our party of 7. Everything we needed in kitchen, Blackstone for cooking. Could use a little painting, but we were fine. we were there to enjoy family from England & Scotland, Braves, Coke Museum. Kitchen lights went out on Sunday, Todd made sure we had sufficient lighting. I highly recommend for family or group looking for a large den & private area to escape the crowd, having no carpet was a plus. Full baths dis have small shower, BUT plenty of hot water.

Convenient location!

Overall this property suited our friends and family well as a meet up spot to use as a base hub. The property was super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and our main attractions~Truist Park to watch the Braves and the Georgia Aquarium. It had enough space for all of us (7 adults and 5 kids-12 and under). We didn’t feel crowded at all, with plenty of room for everyone on the sectional and loft space. The outdoor patio was perfect for our morning coffee. The only snag we encountered was due to cleanliness-which we didn’t notice until tidying up at check out. I’m not sure if the clean up hadn’t happened before we arrived or just wasn’t as thorough as it should have been, but there was a used condom left in the floor under the edge of one of the beds, and it’s wrapper and used rag sitting in the closet. Had we seen this when we checked in, I probably would have had a different impression of the cleanliness of the property. Thankfully we only noticed it toward the end, because we really did enjoy ourselves and were glad for all the kitchen appliances that made our stay easier, and the host’s quick responses to any question we had.

Home Away From Home

I had a group of friends come to town to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house had the perfect setup for us all to be comfortable. The host (Todd) was great! We had a minor issue and he was extremely prompt with his response. The home is kid friendly with plenty of games. The loft made me feel like a kid again. My guests felt like it was a home away from home and are looking to come back and rent the home again!

We had family coming in from 3 different states and did not want to be in separate hotel rooms, but we also did not want to be crowded into one little house. There was plenty of room for our group of 12, and everything we could need to make our stay comfortable was provided. The owner was very helpful and always readily replied to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if and when we're in the area.

The house was close to Cobb Galleria making it easy access to the Blade Show daily. It is in a great neighborhood. Owl house had all of the necessities and then some. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. The house was very clean. The back deck was enjoyed by all. Plenty of table space and seating. I spoke with Tom once on the phone and he was very nice and easy to contact. Owl House had a calm vibe. We enjoyed our stay and we will rebook in the future.

Great Property!

Just as described. Where the property itself is ready for some updates, the management excels. Todd was responsive with all our questions and proactive in checking on our stay. Simple things like access to paper towels, trash bags, and towels are common sense but sometimes a miss. Not here, things are well thought out for easy access to all your needs. Well appointed home with great management. House is large and accommodated our two family stay with teenagers, preschoolers, and an infant.

Atlanta vacation

We arrived pretty late and had trouble with the door so I called Todd who answered immediately and he helped us get in. The rental was exactly as described and very spacious. We came for Bears/Falcons game but also drove up to Dahlonega and Dawsonville for Christmas activities. We also went to six flags on Monday, had our Thanksgiving dinner and made Christmas cookies in the fully equipped kitchen. We made family photos in our Christmas pjs in front of the huge fireplace and on the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay at the owl house which was centrally located for all our activities. I highly recommend Todd and the owl house.

I stayed at the home for 6nights and the entire experience from Booking, during the stay and leaving was all great. Todd is an excellent host and he communicated with me and took care of any questions I had. The home was very spacious especially knowing we had a group of 10 females who were all very comfortable. Definitely looking forward to another visit and I highly recommend staying there. Quiet neighbourhood and central to restaurants and shopping.
