I stayed at your hotel for 10 days.
I arrived in the evening, and although all the lights were on, the room was very dark.
I could not find any room slippers or a safe. After searching, I asked the front desk, but the staff said they were unsure and would check with the manager the next day. I was too exhausted and went straight to sleep.
The next morning, I asked again and was told that slippers and a safe are not provided.
Breakfast was included, but it was so poor that even a cheap grocery store sandwich would have been better, so I did not use it again.
Later, I found animal hair all over the floor and someone else’s sock in the closet. Housekeeping did not come until the third day.
I reported that I was experiencing allergic reactions and needed proper cleaning, but nothing changed.
For several days, I suffered allergic reactions and had to use medication. A staff member later confirmed the condition and offered a room change, but no one helped move my belongings.
This issue continued for over a week without improvement.
Later, someone claiming to be the manager dismissed the issue, implied I was lying, and hung up rudely.
I chose this hotel through Expedia due to its high ratings, but even after returning, I am still using medication.
I am now considering legal action.
