The property was very unclean. Surfaces were clean but walls, vents, etc were filthy. Hole in bathtub wall with a piece of plastic over it. Washer and dryer did not work properly. Hole in bedroom blinds. Closet doors broken. No access to gym as advertised. Was advised by owner of apartment complex that we were not even allowed there. Very disappointing.

You get what you pay for

The host was great, very responsive and helpful. The apartment complex and apartment itself was pretty unclean and rundown, but for the price it was listed at, it makes sense and seems fair.

The host was so great and responsive. The property is represented well in the pictures. The beds were comfy. The complex the apartment is in may need a little cleanup but the property served our purpose well. The faucets could use to be replaced but overall good. Thanks for having us!

Host was very attentive, unfortunately the apartment was run down. The shower in the master didn’t work, or the dishwasher and the sink in the kitchen was very noisy because the sprayer was broken. Also there was only 1 fork. Beds were comfortable but the tables in the living room were very fragile.

Comfortable apartment

This apartment is a great stay for the price, it was clean and has everything you need to prepare your meals if you want to, there is a Publix store and restaurants less than 5 min away. The host stayed in touch and was helpful in guiding when needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars on location is because the community is not well cared for, there is a dog park in the community but doesn’t look like they pick up often. It didn’t bother us as much because there are plenty of parks close by. I definitely would stay here again.
