The property and stay were very good. My family and I enjoyed the overall stay. Below, I will list the Pros and Cons of the property:
Pros:
1: Location: downtown ATL within 1-2 miles of food and interesting locations.
2: Beds and Decor: Exceptionally decorated with amenities that made the stay comfortable.
3: TV Options in bedroom and entrance room.
4: Washer- performed well.
Overall- nice location
Cons:
1: Area/entrance door: There are unhoused individuals who are near the side entrance where you are required to enter the building. Not a problem for adults, not great for children.
2: Parking: There is limited to no parking. If it's late and there not a park near the entrance, it will require a walk. Which could be intimated on who's around.
3: Dryer: does not work well. Attempted to dry clothes for 3 hours without success.
4: Towels: one set provided; with limited drying ability, it was not the best situation.
5: Checkout instructions/communication. Not hearing from the host on checkout, we performed normal checkout procedures from other properties we have visited.
Overall, it was a great stay in a very nice property. The neighborhood can't be controlled by the owner or parking. Outside of those, it's a great choice for downtown ATL!
