Summary:
$420–$1200 per night
Picture this: the kids are launching themselves into the foam pit while the teens wage war on the pool table one floor up.
Grandma's slow-cooking in a kitchen built for big gatherings, and you're on the front porch swing, coffee in hand, watching the morning unfold through the trees. You haven't even left for the stadium yet — and the trip is already a 10.
The Space:
Family Playhouse is a 4,000 sq ft, 3-story home, designed for multi-generational groups who want more than just beds and a bathroom. With 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 16, everyone has space to spread out — and every reason to come back together.
The basement is the heart of the home. Your kids' jaws will drop when they see the two-story indoor playground: climbing wall, jungle gym, monkey bars, and a full foam pit. It's the kind of setup you'd pay a day-pass for — and it's exclusively yours, 24/7.
Directly adjacent is the game room with a pool table, ping pong, basketball arcade, and foosball table. Teens and adults routinely lose track of time down here. A full bathroom and queen sofa sleeper complete the basement level.
On the main floor, the open-plan living room features sectional sofas and a smart TV with streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes a GE gas stove, Samsung fridge, Keurig coffee bar, and all cookware and dishes for 16 guests. Dining table seats 12, kitchen island adds 4 more, and the back deck has an outdoor dining table for 8. The gas grill and propane are stocked and ready.
Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements:
• Primary suite (upper) — king bed, private ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower, blackout shades
• Kids room (adjacent to primary) — two twin beds + crib, fully blacked out
• King bedroom (upper) — king bed, desk, TV, forest views
• Bunk room (upper) — two bunk beds + daybed with trundle, ideal for cousin sleepovers
• Two queen bedrooms (main floor) — each with desk and smart TV
• Bonus: queen sofa sleeper in the basement family room
Every bedroom has a 55" smart TV and a dedicated workspace. Baby gear on-site: crib, pack-n-play, high chair, changing pad, baby monitor, baby bathtub, safety gates, and outlet covers.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we work hard to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.
For safety and security, the property includes:
• Three outdoor security cameras located at the front door, garage, and back entrance. These monitor the exterior of the home only.
• A security system with door and window sensors.
• Noise monitors that measure sound levels (they do not record conversations or audio).
These systems help us ensure the home remains a safe and comfortable place for families.
The home also has smoke detectors on every floor, which are very sensitive and help keep everyone safe during your stay.
All security equipment is pet-safe, and motion sensors are not triggered by pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests complete privacy so your family can fully relax and enjoy the home.
At the same time, we are always nearby and happy to help if you need anything — whether it’s a quick question about the house or recommendations for restaurants, parks, or family activities in Atlanta.
You can reach us easily by message or phone during your stay. We do our best to respond quickly, though messages sent overnight may be answered in the morning between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Our goal is simple: prepare everything carefully so your stay feels easy, comfortable, and truly welcoming.
