Brand New (Nov. 2017) high-end luxury penthouse in the very center of Athens with exceptional 45 sq.m veranda offering direct,unobstructed view to Acropolis (post card view!),Temple of Zeus,Phillopappou Hill as well as the sea. The glass partition brings, literally, the Acropolis inside the apartment.

It is located a breath away from the Acropolis itself the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis metro station (3 min. walking) and the Temple of Zeus.Stay in the heart of the ancient Athens!

The penthouse apartment features BoConcept furniture throughtout. Additionally, 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds with Dunlopillo Latex mattress. Two of the bedrooms have direct, unobstructed Acropolis view. All bedrooms are equipped with 43'' flat screen TVs. The open plan kitchen, made with forged cement, along with the living room with a 55'' flat screen TV make the interior spacious, connecting the view from the back windows with the Acropolis view of the front veranda.
The bathrooms are made with forged cement (as well as the the whole apartment's floor) featuring rain shower.
Lastly, the place features paintings especially designed for the specific apartment by a famous artist.

Our guests will enjoy full, exclusive private access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central spot of Athens. All the archaeological sites are located in walking distance as well as the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis metro station, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the "Plaka" area which is the most ancient part of the city.

We can arrange transfers from/to the airport or port upon request.

View is fantastic and AC was good.The location was a bit loud at night because of traffic but there’s a lot of traffic in Athens every where you go. You can’t avoid that. In general this place was good.i will consider this place again.

The apartment itself is super nice, very nicely equipped, and super clean itself. The view is unbelievably beautiful and the location for walking is very good. Every lower review score I am leaving is about the building… the entrance to the building… the entryway - inside the locked and secure building, the elevator - were very very very dirty. Something a broom, a vacume, a mop and soapy water, could take care of. Unfortunately, you have to pass through these areas - every time you go in and out. We have stayed in Athens a couple of times previously and this was not an issue. I am sorry I can’t give this apartment a perfect score. I feel like reviews need to be honest. I do NOT, need extravagance, but I need simply clean. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful family vacation in Athens; the history, fresh food, and local people are really a treasure to visit.

This penthouse was located in the perfect area for the Parthenon. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Home was a little warm for the AC to keep up in August but other than that, we had a great time.

Check in/out instructions were excellent, easy to follow. We had an amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony. Plenty of room for all of us. It might be helpful to have instructions for the appliances (cook top, washer, oven) to prevent mishaps. Wonderful accommodations I would recommend again.

This is an amazing View

This was a spectacular and super easy rental site. Our host was super accommodating with our life last minute travel Changes and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. We had plenty of room for our adult children. Bonus! we each had a view of the acropolis feom the roof top deck. Great location, a few issues with the condo

The location and view of the Acropolis was amazing. 5 minute walk to the Plaka and Acropolis. The apartment had lots of space for everyone. There were 6 adults in our group. Beds and pillows were comfy. Issues were, 1set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel) per person per stay. We were there 4 nights. Listing says fresh towels available upon request. What they don't tell you is that it is 25 euros for 2 sets of fresh towels. We stayed at 2 other rentals during this trip, one in Athens and 1 in Crete, no one else charged for extra towels. We also had no hot water on Day 4 and Day 5 (check out day) We informed the host, but all we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email. With no offer for someone to come fix it or any compensation. Also, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom off the living room did not work well. The room was hot.

Stunning view - great location - wonderful host

You are footsteps for all of ancient Greece. The view at night is spectacular. Being only 10 minutes walk from the start of all the main sights makes this an ideal tourist location. All the car hire centres are next door. The majority of the restuarants are up towards the main square so 15 - 20 minutes walk. The lift only takes two persons so being on the top floor - if you have 6 the other 4 need to be fit! Easy to highly recommend.

Apartment is a typical renting apartment. Clean and contemporary. Close to attraction places. We stayed at 6th floor, but elevator only can take 2 person once. We have six peoples, most of us walked up/ down stairs. Unfortunately the day we checked in , the elevator did not work. Therefore, this apt is suitable for physical relative strong persons.

Washclothes, towels and paper towels - we need more. Remotes for air conditioners needed new batteries, need new coffee pot. The air conditioner in the small bedroom was VERY noisy. Body wash for showers? Location was great!!! The balcony was wonderful and internet was good - a great place to stay!

Truly an amazing view and nice apartment. Sad about robbery IN THE ROOM ITSELF!

Spoiler alert: We got robbed by someone invading the room while we were out. If someone can climb onto the patio, and that is known to management, it would have helped for us to know! Our visit was going well. The place looked like the pictures. Air conditioning was refreshing during the extreme heat in Athens. It was 105º F (40º C)! We reported two issues to management: 1. The bedroom door handle was loose. We worried about getting stuck in the room in an emergency. 2. The shower head was not spraying properly. Management quickly got in touch. They sent maintenance to fix the door. Then they came back to replace the shower nozzle. All was good. Then things got bad. We left for dinner. We came back and my wife immediately noticed that her Apple Watch which was charging in the bedroom was missing. The charger was there and still plugged in. We immediately contacted management via VRBO. We looked at Find My Device. We saw that the device was near an address a few KM from our apartment. We asked management if they knew anyone in that area. They said no. We said we can only imagine there was a break-in. We both agreed to contact police. The front door to the building was frequently propped open due to construction on other apartments. Management asked if we locked the patio. I did not know for sure if it was locked or not. I usually lock door out of habit even at home in safe places. Police only gave us a loss report. Be sure you lock up if you stay! It could be worse.

Gorgeous View!

We spent two nights at this rental and it was great! The view is just gorgeous and it's in an area that is central to seeing lots of famous sites that were on our list. The AC works amazingly well and we really enjoyed our stay! Giolena was super responsive and helpful with airport transportation! I would definitely return to this spot again!

Fantastic location and views

We enjoyed our short stay in Athens. R apartment was well equipped, excellent air-conditioning (Athens was HOT) and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, the Segway tour, the Plaka and more. Sixth floor access with a small elevator meant some extra walking, not that would not deter us from returning. The host was great... Simple instructions and ready process.

Athens at your Fingertips

This property has it all- great location, fantastic view of the Acropolis, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, and attentive management. The balcony is enormous, and it was hard to leave that view and go tour the city. The apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, and the neighbors are mostly very quiet businesses. If I had to find on single area of improvement, the showers could use more pressure, but I assume that's an issue throughout the city. This is the perfect place for a larger group of friends or family who want to have a place to crash together. The living room also overlooks the Acropolis, we never turned on the TV because who would with that view! We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room to relax. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, adding to the perfection of this location.
