'Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. '

'Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way '

'Airport shuttle worked as planned, ideal arriving in a city I didn't know in the middle of the night. £13. Nothing to dislike, it's a big and spread out city so it's long walks, or very cheap taxis '

'The location makes all major Astana’s attractions pretty much walkable. I especially liked my dayly walks along the riverside bisides the presidential palace. '
