'La force de cet établissement réside dans l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Ce sont des gens serviables et attentionnés. Il y a un excellent café ainsi qu’un supermarché près de l’hôtel. Demandez à avoir une chambre à l’avant de l’hôtel. À l’arrière, la vue donne sur la toiture du rez-de-chaussée.'

'Het hotel is dicht bij centrum van Astana ( van Bayterek ) dus de locatie is heel goed. Dicht bij het Astana International Airport. Ze kunnen voor jou een vervoer regelen. Ze spreken helaas geen Engels maar met een electronische translator gaat het wel. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '

'Small boutique hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Easy transportation with taxis to conference center, restaurants, and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Astana '

'Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.'

'Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. '
