'This hotel was a pleasant surprise. When I booked it was last minute and I was not expecting much. However this hotel went far above and beyond my expectations. The location is clutch and the staff was extremely helpful. It’s not the ritz Carlton but I didn’t need it to be.'

'2泊しましたが、とてもきれいで快適に過ごすことができました！ 目の前にはナイル川が広がり、夕日を眺めながらのんびり過ごせたのも素敵な思い出です。 スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが本当に素晴らしく、滞在中は細やかな気遣いをたくさんしていただきました。フルーツやケーキのサービスも嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました！ また、レストランも正規の営業時間前から開けてくださり、美味しい朝食をいただくことができました。早朝出発の場合は、ミールボックスにも対応してくださるようです。 道路に面しているため、夜中も車の音などがかなり聞こえましたが、耳栓を用意してくださるなど、こちらへの気遣いが嬉しかったです。 景色も素晴らしく、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、気持ちよく過ごせるホテルでした。アスワンに滞在する際には、また利用したいと思います！'

'Horrible experience. No power or even fan overnight. Shower broken. Not even enough bath tissue. One of the worst experiences in my 25 years of traveling. I would not stay here. I believe there is power cuts aka load shedding but overnight Stay with no ac or even fan in hot summer is a punishment. We messed up our vacation plan deprived of sleep'
