This warm and cozy log and fieldstone home offers amazing mountain views and lake views during the winter season. The home offers 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths with about 4250 square feet of living space. It has 4 King, 4 Queen beds and an additional daybed & Twin located in the loft. Each of the 6 bedrooms are attached to a full bath. Two of the bedrooms share one full bath (Jack and Jill). This home has 3 floors. The loft bedroom is located on the lowest level.

The home has seasonal views of Lake Lure, but year-round you can hear the water and the waves. Home also offers 2 fire pits.

This home is perfect for friends/family reunions, vacation and golfers. You will have access to all the Resort amenities. Bring the entire family together under one roof. The home has 3 levels, a vaulted great room with rustic log walls and wide plank wood floors. It has a bank of windows facing the lake, 2 leather sofas, large fieldstone gas log fireplace and a high definition 65 inch+ flat screen with AppleTV with access to hundreds of movies, Netflix, Roku with HULU Subscription and Live TV Streaming, and Internet.

The home is equipped with electric car charger for our guests to use. Ask the owner for more information.

A wood dining table seats 10 on the kitchen area, 4 seats along the breakfast counter and 8 on the dining table next to the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (K-Cup & Traditional drip combo machine), blender, skillet, slow cooker, and more. Off the lower level patio area is a 6 person hot tub.

Please note that this home does not have a garage. Trash cannot be left outside the home as we have a bear problem getting into trash. Therefore, you must take your trash to the trash cage by the road. Trash pick up is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Please make sure the cage is secure at all times so the bear and raccoons and other animals can't get in to make a mess.

Main Level: On this main level are TWO master bedrooms each with with a king bed, TV and private baths. It is a rare find to have 2 master on the main floor.

Upstairs Level: There are 3 bedrooms: one has 2 Queen beds, private balcony, desk, and private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bath and with king beds. King bed facing the lake is also set up with a desk.

Lower Level: On this level there is a 6th bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a private bath. There is also a separate loft with a twin size futon bed and a twin bed. On this level there is a second family room with a leather sectional sofa, 75-inch flat screen TV with AppleTV with hundreds of movie choices, DVD player, Netflix, Roku and HULU Subscription with Live TV, and Internet, stone fireplace with gas logs and solid wood table with 6 chairs. This lower level has a mahogany pool table next to a bar area with a sink and refrigerator. The lower level also has a large laundry room which features a full-size washer and dryer and 2 full size refrigerator.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, lease agreement is signed and rent is fully paid, you will be given access instructions. You will proceed straight to the home and you will be given a code that will be activated for the duration of your stay. Resort passes will be left for you upon your arrival.

Golf carts are available by calling the Resort. They offer 4 passenger, gas golf carts.

PLEASE NOTE THE RESORT DOES NOT ALLOW MOTORCYCLES OR RVs. They must be parked in the Resort lot.

Due to a recent bear problem, please make sure you secure the garbage cage located on the street at all times. Garbage pick up is schedule on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays.
