'This was a clean and cozy little cabin! It was very small. Had we not had all the extras required for attending a wedding it would have been perfect. We found it a little crowded but once the wedding was over and the fancy clothes and steamer etc were packed away it was sufficient. The two rockers on the deck were super comfortable but the inside seating, not so much. It was nice and quiet. The cabin is super close to the caretakers residence but we never saw or heard them. 'Cabin was very high quality, furnishings were very thoughtful, and it was generously stocked . The location was perfect, 5 minutes from downtown. Black Mountain NC is a great place to visit. Jeremy the host was a real pleasure to talk to. Our experience was exactly the get away we were looking for.'

'Overall the house was awesome. Very comfortable and great location. All the necessary kitchen utensils. Would definitely come back. Be aware, during cold temps the water pipes may freeze.They dispatched the handyman immediately to fix the problem. The host was very gracious and offered compensation for the inconvenience. Very responsive and helpful despite a tough situation. I suspect they will add insulation to avoid issues in the future'

We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive.
