Cottages in Asheville

'History buffs will especially appreciate this house. The owners have come up with a good compromise between historical accuracy and modern livability. The kitchen is adequately furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and the bathroom and shower-tub are totally functional. Plenty of hot water, which can sometimes be an issue with older homes. There are multiple grocery stores a short driving distance from the place, and the downtown is very close. Easy access to the River...

'Pet Friendly, small but cozy.'

'Wonderful house. Beautiful views. Excellent hosts. I traveled with family while I had business in town. Hosts thought of everything. Game systems for the teenagers. Pack n play for my baby. Accessible hosts by text/phone. Short drive to downtown Asheville, but plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely return. Be mindful if you travel with anyone with mobility concerns...parts of the driveway are steep due to the mountainous landscape. Overall a wonderful property. '

'We stayed here when dropping our child off for camp. The home was cozy and much better than simply staying at a hotel. The host was communicative and kind. Loved our stay!'

'The Country Girl Cottage is a peaceful hideaway behind the owner's home, nestled in beautiful, well-tended gardens. The front porch on the cottage is peaceful and wonderful for taking in the view of the gardens, reading, enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. The cottage itself is well-equipped and quaintly decorated with antique pieces and also a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The kitchen is small, but perfectly equipped for a weekend stay. We have now stayed at The Country Girl 4...

'We only stayed one night but enjoyed the property, especially the deck. Wonderful view and so peaceful and quiet.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The mountaintop setting was beautiful and relaxing in the hot tub on the deck was definitely the highlight of my trip. My dog loved spending time on the deck too! We only stayed two nights, but we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this cabin and I will be telling my friends about this hidden gem.'

'Great place to stay and set up to bring dogs with also. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths attached to bedrooms. Kitchen set up to be able to cook in easily though cottage close to town of Black Mountain that has great restaurants. Cottage also has washer and dryer which was helpful. Also has hot tub which we used one evening. Fenced in yard for dogs. Very comfortable up to house up to 4 people.'

'This beautiful cottage is so perfectly located and beautifully appointed! Could not have been easier or better. Black Mountain, Montreat, Asheville -- you will see it all and stay in a convenient and super cute little house. Everything is new and nice and you'll love it!'

'We absolutely loved our stay here… it’s the perfect cottage for a small family to enjoy their time in surrounding areas. Cottage is up on a mountain and we were there in June and it was 10 degrees cooler than in town! Cottage is well maintained and has all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We will be back!!!'

'Convenient, easy walk to downtown, clean, fenced yard with shade and seating.'
