Appartementen in Tramhalte Pierrefitte - Stains

'The flat was beautiful and centrally located in the city with many shops and restaurants and we would stay here again!!!'

'Genevieve was a courteous host, we arrived during a very unexpected heat wave and she met us at the flat with extra fans to help combat the heat. A kind gesture from a kind soul. The courtyard can get noisy at times but overall it was an enjoyable stay nestled in an active community. Plenty of places to eat or drink at nearby with easy access to the Metro or walking distance to places like Moulin Rouge. I would recommend this property and Genevieve for future travelers.'

'Overall the place was ok. It was clean upon arrival. There are many things that need improvement. There are no outlets in the bathroom, hanging rack and toilet paper holder not properly secured to wall, super small sink w unsecured faucet. Couldnt watch tv due to missing batteries in remote. Could use a few more cups in kitchen and soap to wash them. There is basically no storage for clothing other than 2 shelves in the bathroom. Bunkbed was comfortable as was the pull out couch. We didnt...

'Il serait souhaitable d'améliorer la qualité du lit principal (pente au centre). L'ajout d'un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un atout.'

'This property is in a busy neighborhood that puts you right into the Parisian life. This may not work for some people. There are restaurants on the corner and a small grocery store around the corner. The Louvre and Notre Dame are a 30 minute walk away. My only problem with the apartment is that Orbitz listed it as a 6 person place but it's better for 4. There are two beds and one is a fold out.'

'Great location the street has lots of shops and restaurants plus walking distance to Le Marais. Being on the canal in summer was ideal. No air conditioning but we knew that going in just know it will be hot in a heat wave. Host was very communicative.'

'This place is horrible, I mean horrible the smell of mold the mold on the walls, the mold in the dresser, the mold on the sheets, just horrible. I’ve contacted Vrbo and the host. The host offered to spray chemicals and bring new sheets. That is unacceptable. There is no way to spray chemicals and get rid of black mold that is literally showing on the walls and in the dressers and on the sheets. I have sent Vrbo and the host all pictures. Neither did anything about, it is so disappointing. I told...

'The apartment looks like the pictures, good communication with the property manager, very easy accommodation. Equipment that allows you to prepare a meal in the kitchen. Proximity to cafes and a grocery store and the metro are a big plus. You can easily get to any place in Paris as well as suburban attractions such as the Louvre or Disneyland. The area around the apartment in the middle of the night, when we arrived, was not very inviting (dark alley, homeless person sleeping on the street), old...
