"Room was clean, the staff could not have been more lovely (looking at you, Colleen!), overnight oats were delicious. The whole property is very well designed and beautifully appointed. Would stay again."

"the room was OK. The luggage cart was essentially unusable(I had a lot of luggage). For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what was what with the tv. The guide was basically undecipherable. Ramada by Wyndham Newburgh/West Point
"Yikes. This place was awful. The rug was sticky in the room, the bathtub was nasty and dirty, and the paint was peeling off the walls in the room. There also was no elevator and the breakfast was non-existent. 100% not worth the cost of this place! Definitely avoid!"
