Ook bij het vertrek wordt bijvoorbeeld niet gevraagd hoe we ons...

'The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang...

'Great location, clean rooms, friendly service, and a responsive front office team'

'The towels in the room are more like large tissue paper. While the location is great, this was rather uncomfortable'
