'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'The room was beautiful, as was the whole BnB. The hosts were wonderful and so accommodating and gave us suggestions on places of interest. Braemar is on the historic register and is full of beautiful antiques and interesting paintings and books to peruse. It is in an excellent location, being in the city center and close to the harbor and ferry. Breakfast was delicious and the overall ambiance is wonderful. I highly recommend this to everyone coming to Auckland. '

Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help. Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht. Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten.
