'Staff went above and beyond to make guests comfortable. I loved the sea view in the mornings while having breakfast. I also loved that I could walk by the property.'

'Great little property with fantastic views of English Harbour, It is walkable to supermarket shops and Nelson’s Dockyard and English harbour . At the time we were there , there was renovation work going on so the property was not at its best. The staff are great and extremely welcoming. Their breakfast offering can be improved. Their staff is brilliant excellent and welcoming . A big shout out to Annie, Selwyn and Edgar . They are great .The place could not run without them. '

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Staff were excellent. Special recognition to Jana-Marie and Devante at the front desk, Javid who took care of our luggage, Tango at the bar and Teshima at the spa. '
