'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff. 'Very spacious studio with comfortable bed and surprise sea view. Beach and common areas of the hotel were beautiful and very calm/quiet. The location is great, next to two excellent beaches and a five minute drive from several restaurants plus Jolly Harbour. Highly recommend.'
