'This was a great find! The resort is a little dated, but the amenities are fantastic. The main pool is large, food is solidly good with plenty of options and changes daily, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained, and bar tenders will generously make any desired drink variation. 'Reception staff or excellent. The room is large and comfortable.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Staff were excellent. Special recognition to Jana-Marie and Devante at the front desk, Javid who took care of our luggage, Tango at the bar and Teshima at the spa. '
