'Staff and amenities were absolutely amazing. The room definitely needed some updating and more lighting. But we are aware they are renovating the resort. The food was good, they switched up the menu for dinner each night at the buffet. Beach was flawless, perfect sand, no rocks, no shells, always calm, not super deep. Pools were great, also cleaned daily. The grounds are meticulously maintained daily. Beach cleaned daily. The night time entertainment was fun, suggest to do a line dancing class...

'We were very happy with this villa in Jolly Harbor. It was very clean and modern, well appointed, well located and the air conditioning worked perfectly! There are two balconies (one for each bedroom), a patio and a dock. There is a gas grill and we had several fun meals grilling and eating on our patio. The free use of a golf cart was a great surprise! We were able to get around Jolly Harbor for shopping, dining and the beach with ease.'

"Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food.
