The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep. A few more downsides: It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded. There are no shops nearby. On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Mooi, schoon, niet te groot, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden, direkt aan het strand. Enige jammere was dat elke dag het handdoekje leggen in het zwembad gespeeld werd, heel irritante mensen, hieraan zou iets moeten worden gedaan.

Bra skick då hotellet är nyrenoverat o läget är perfekt på stranden MEN servicen saknas helt , alla skyller på alla när man har önskemål/ klagomål, frukosten är dålig, resturang saknas o i baren kan dom göra 2( Två) av drinkarna på menyn . Åk inte hit innan dom bytt personal.
