'John and Annie don't have a no for an answer, rooms are small but comfortable, and clean, a little outdated, good wi fi, no tv, ac is a diamond in the area, no restaurant or breakfast but evermore l everything is walkable, ride from San Jose is 6 hours, going towards the Corcovado park or Carate beach can take 2 hours more in an 4x4 car. You can take a plane from San Jose $140 and get there in 25 minutes. There is not Ev charger in the area, somehow John manage to get me electricity to use...

'The hotel is located in a very safe and beautiful closed-circuit area, and is close to the airport. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, but the best thing is the staff,they are very friendly, helpful and respectful. We also love Rocky, their pet, the most beautiful thing!'

'One South Place Hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Belize City. My wife and I could not speak more highly of this Hotel. The neighborhood is safe and perfectly situated on the waterfront. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. 'Second time at Casa KalMar, we love it. Really like the location removed from the town, although the stairs can be a bit tough in the middle of the hot day. Lovely pool, and love the breakfast.'
