'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'A very fun, arty, funky, vibrant hotel; staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the lounge/eating area was fun and relaxing; rooms are ample with cool bathrooms, and same fun/arty vibe; nice east-downtown location- there are not many restaurants, bars, shops in the area- so you'll need to venture out a bit; although it is in proximity to the arty Deep Ellum area, just to the east; nice fitness center; and the outdoor pool area is cool'

'I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash. '
