'Beautiful property and the hosts were fabulous! Super helpful as the Outlaw Festival was the main event for the weekend, and they gave us some tips and tricks for navigating traffic and such. Quiet and comfy and close to dining and the park/stadium, yet still had the B&B feel. Breakfast was so good, and the coffee, tea and cookies/snacks available 24/7 was a nice touch. 'The place was extremely clean, Judy and Kenny are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The breakfasts are amazing. For anyone who loves wildlife this is a fantastic location. Deer roam freely and feel very comfortable on the property. There was also wild turkeys roaming on the property. My wife and I have never seen so many hummingbirds together at one time. We communicated through text directly to the owner operator Angie who gave us options for breakfast times and an amazing meal all 3 mornings. Angie was a great hostess and the house was so cool. Parking was easy. The town was very easy to navigate. It was a bang for our buck! Highly recommend best deal in town!'

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
