'Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. 'We used this property for a vacation with our adult children and their families. The location on the lake was ideal for swimming and kayaking for all ages. The boat dock was a nice place to hang out and was perfect for docking our own boat The house has separate entertainment areas suitable for different ages groups. We also used and enjoyed the nice fire pit. This place was ideal for our family!'
