' Our family vacation this year was in Gulf Shores. This house was perfect for me, my kids and grandkids, a total of 15. The house is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and so nice for our large crew, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We did verily little other than enjoy this beautiful home and the pool. Charles the owner was prompt to respond to our questions. He is a great host. Thank your for sharing your beautiful home.'

'House was nice. Kitchen equipped. Beds comfortable. Could have used a little more water pressure in shower but no big deal. Only negative was large groups of people coming from across the street walking directly in the back yard of house and parking their entire families directly in front of the chairs we had rented. The whole beach was open and they literally sat directly in front of us. They rented bay side houses but wanted beach front access I suppose. '

'Momma get away! Perfect for the 7 of us aging from 30 to 67. Quick and easy walk to the private beach. The home was clean roomy and tucked away in the cutest neighborhood. '

'This house had everything we needed for our large group including plenty of room! The teenagers loved having their own space on the 3rd floor and our grown kids with small children appreciated the 2nd floor with a bunk room for littles to share. The splash pool was an added bonus also! All of the kids actually spent a lot of time in it. The location was a little far down but we didn’t mind it. 'This was our second stay at Rest Area West, and it was just as perfect as the first. The property is well suited to groups, and it includes extra touches such as multiple refrigerators and dishwashers, and the pool is always a welcome way to end a great day at the beach (which is mere steps away!). "Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als ze aanwezig waren smijten met de deuren. Toen we er wat van gezegd hadden werd het nog erger en vonden de 2 jongens van de overliggende kamer het nodig om keihard tegen onze deur te slaan of te schoppen. Wellicht had het hotel maatregelen kunnen nemen want we zullen vast niet de enige op de gang geweest zijn die hier last van hadden en dat is toch wel jammer omdat het hotel op zich keurig netjes is, vlakbij het strand en een prima zwembad heeft."
