'The staff we met was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok but expected when one staff is doing multiple jobs. The room was clean and we slept well. '

'Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.'
