« It was a nice room »

« This hotel is basically brand new and has only been reopened for two months since the prior one was torn down. The hotel is beautiful now and extremely clean. It is decorated beautifully as well. The staff were quite lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and was indeed a full breakfast including grits, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, pancakes, etc. The only issue that we had was that the bed was too soft. « Jason(?) was great. We called from the road to verify checkin time and said our room was already ready. When we walked into the lobby he greeted us by name like we were friends for years. The cleaning staff said “Hi”, “Good Morning” whenever crossed paths. A+ all around! »
