'I was traveling witha baby they said they'd save a crib. They didn't. That's typical but then I asked for pillows they refused. Anything I asked for after that they refused. Horrible customer service. Breakfast you have to pay for. And the on site bar if they were open would have helped but it wasn't open.worst hotel experience I've had in a while'

Breakfast was good, though adding more vegetarian choices such as steamed broccoli or other steamed vegetables would be a nice improvement. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience!'
