« Good hotel facing the beach. I appreciated the support from the staff to change my room, please be aware that some executive rooms are lower ground and with 'vis-à-vis'. The management could improve the beach area. The seats and mattress are not well organized. All packed, not arranged from a day to an other. Looks like a mess, while it has the potential to be great. Not far from Kuta, shuttle service convenient »

« Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

« L'endroit est beau. Plage privée siper sympa. On y a même pris 1 bateau privé pour Gili. La nourriture est super bonne. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais ne contiennent pas de secge cheveux bizarrement (ol faut le demander ce pauvre sec cheveux sans embout). Le massage par contre a éviter car c'est le plus nul qu'on ait eu. Le personnel du restaurant est hyper sympa. »

« Where to start...the views are incredible, villa is beautifully designed, delicious food and great staff. The property itself doesn't have the best connectivity phone/ internet. There is some construction going on but we didnt notice much from our villa. As this is still in pre opening I can only imagine the full potential of this place. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Olea – the kindness and dedication of the team truly made our experience special. Every single request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made us feel very well taken care of. Our villa with an infinity pool and jungle view was absolutely stunning. That said, a few points could be improved: • The photos advertised a mountain view, but the bamboo has grown since and blocked the view (though the team kindly changed our villa upon request). • Bath towels...
