"Prachtig hotel, vrij nieuw, ligging erg geisoleerd , niets verder echt in buurt ook niet op strand. Behalve hotelfaciliteiten natuurlijk. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vond het ontbijt voor hotel van dit niveau tegenvallen. A la carte maar was niet echt heel smaakvol, ook niet Aziatische gerechten, Minuscuul buffetje met wat yoghurt en fruit en wat random dingen zoals gesneden stokbrood. Maar dan geen ham, kaas (wel jam geloof ik). Heb in meerdere hotels betere keuzes gehad. En wat kleine issues zoals ene keer turndown service om 18.00 (kom je terug in kamer en alle gordijnen dicht) en andere keer belden ze om 22.00 aan. Bijzonder. Kleine issues zoals lang duren handdoeken, restaurant/bar zwembad gaat op enig moment gewoon dicht, althans werd verzocht af te rekenen. Er zit hier en daar wel wat verbetering in. Fijn is bootje die je naar eilanden kan brengen, kan zowel via hotel als naast hotel (goedkoper). Grab komt er niet, kunt eigenlijk alleen via hotel vervoer regelen en is voor vrijwel alles nodig want niets in de buurt (atm, supermarkt, andere restaurants). Dus samengevat: mooi gebouw en uitzicht, uitstekende service inclusief zeer betrokken persoonlijke butler maar heb betere resorts in deze klasse gehad."

"We had an absolute amazing stay at Hani. The staff is excellent at making you feel at home and secure and safe. They are amazing with children and really make it feel as if you’re in a warm family. Really the best staff I have ever experienced in my life. The accomodation itself is a beauty. It’s really small, therefore it feels so warm. There are only a couple of suites, so it feels very familiar. No people coming in and out of the accomodation. The house cat Nami is also a beauty to have around. The suite inside was spacious, clean and really good taken care of by the staff. It’s a nice and calm and green piece of paradise in Gili Air."

"We had an amazing stay at Jago Gili Air. It is very centrally located, with many nice and good restaurants nearby, and only a 4 minute walk from the pier. The staff deserve the biggest compliments at this hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is good, and the coffee was actually the best we have had on the island. The only major downside for us was the noise from the mosque several times a day, but also in the middle of the night starting from 4:45 AM. Because of this, we unfortunately experienced very little sleeping comfort. Of course, the hotel cannot do anything about this, but we would have liked to have read this earlier in the reviews, which is why I am mentioning it. If you are a light sleeper like me, I would not recommend staying at a hotel in this area."
