« Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use. »

« The free use of house car was great »

« Just wonderful and they are extremely accommodating when you have a child ! Don’t look for another place, this is the best ! »

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more...
