« Booked last minute for a meeting in Sheffield. Low price and lovely little room. I wasn't aware it was next to university halls though so be aware on weekends I imagine it gets rowdy as the bar in the hotel is open 24 hours (I was told on check in). Also note the car park is small, I arrived at 9pm and struggled to park having to do 2 loops, they'll give you a permit at reception to pop in your windscreen. « Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference. »

I asked Hotel.com customer service to contact them and the phone call couldn't get through as well.
