'Love this place so friendly and welcoming'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet. What else is there to mention? Free...

'Mooie kamer met comfortabel bed. Ventilatie werkte onvoldoende. Douchekop wat niet zo proper. Goede locatie.'

'Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you'

'Aangenaam verblijf en heel vriendelijk personeel'

'Beautiful hotel with long history located in the heart of the city. Very helpful staff. Very clean and environmentally friendly Breakfast was filling and delicious. Pizza was excellent too! Thanks to hotel staff Angus!'

'Nice posh hotel just located outside of the city centre (10 minutes walking to the shopping streets). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms.'

'This is a conveniently positioned accommodation with a helpful owner living on site. It is reasonably priced and near a bus interchange as well as the tram line. That said, the single beds are tiny. I am 5'6 and feet were over the endand it was so narrow I could barely turn over. They need replacing. The en suite was OK, cramped and a small shower, but ok for one night. The exit rules were unusual! You have a key code, exit via the fire escape and through a beer garden which as the pub doesn't...

'Located near the botanical gardens, great views from the 3rd floor rooms.'

' Terrible stay. Upon arrival we had to wait to check in. No greeting, no explanation, just a key handed over by an unfriendly receptionist. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The room was far from clean: stained bedding, mold in the bathroom, and a damaged wall. The phone didn’t even work, which meant I had to go to reception in the middle of the night when my friend became sick. The staff showed no empathy at all, even laughed at the situation, and said cleaning could only be done the next...

'Prijs kwaliteit ontbijt £20 te duur '

'NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...
