'The concierge made our stay enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us settle into our room. Although I didn’t catch his name, he took the time to explain the amenities and services available both at the hotel and nearby. Whenever we saw him, he was either helping other guests or asking if there was anything he could do for us. His hospitality was exceptional.
The front desk service was adequate but lacked the same level of skill and willingness to assist. We were left with the impression...

'This all inclusive resort was amazing!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent trying anyway to make your stay over the top. We stayed in the club tower and our room was fantastic! Restaurants and food was excellent with great choices. Pools were clean and great temperature. Towels were constantly available! Service from the staff was outstanding day and night. The only set back was the lack of chairs around the pools. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ian and Laura'

'Need at least 1 if not 2 more ATM's. Ran out of cash midweek, ridiculous when you have to tip every time you turn around to everybody. The other thing is is they show lots of restaurants and yet based on the package you purchase blue bronze, gold, black. Whatever the classes are, there's only certain restaurants you get to have access to at any certain time which is TERRIBLE.
