« Tasha at the front desk was awesome! So friendly and helpful! We had some hair left from previous guest that was kind of nasty in the shower and the pool had some glasses under the tables and couches that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Room could have been a little cooler but I think it was due to the major heat at the time. Overall, it was great and classy! We enjoyed our stay! »

But they already had a room available, so I was able to park my car AND drop my bags off at 10:00am! They were so accommodating and every member of the staff had a smile for me. Highly recommend. « The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. »
