'I recently stayed at Princess Resorts with my family and had a very disappointing experience.
Before arrival, my daughter spent weeks trying to update my reservation from two guests to one. Expedia and the resort kept redirecting me to each other, and no one resolved it. As a result, I was overcharged for a two-person stay.

'Be mindful when booking. Ocean view and ocean front are two different categories. Ocean views are considered partial views of the ocean at the resort in reality it is really facing the center grounds of the property. From the initial room I was assigned You have to be on the edge of balcony scrunched in the corner to see a sliver of it. Ocean front is elite club and requires expensive upgrade. '
