« Everything was FABULOUS. Beds comfy, pillows glorious, rooms very clean and lovely! We had breakfast annd dinner in the restaurant in the lobby twice. The food and service was excellent. Only complaint is front desk agent that checked us in for not explain that the room key opened and closed the parking lot gate. « The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time.
