'Overall the stay, room, and property was very nice. The only complaint was that one of the elevators was out of service so during busy time ie checkout etc. it was a very long wait and even had to wait for elevator to come back due to trying to get luggage rack plus people in elevator.'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...
