'a family room located between ground floor and basement was very spacious which should fit for a group of 4-6 for relatively a long stay like a week. Unfortunately this time we only stayed a night but would have been great with a few more nights. The hotel has been renovated recently and facility wise everything is neat and clean. '

Boa qualidade da cama e ótimo café da manhã. A vista do quarto (escolhi quarto com varanda para ver o Matterhorn) foi um tanto decepcionante. O hotel também fica um pouco distante do centro - especialmente para quem pretende chegar com malas. Mas eles têm transporte próprio. Em resumo, vale a pena.'

'Hotel Excelsior was a very nice hotel in a very great location in Zermatt. The room was clean and modern the shower was amazing and while a small room it was very comfortable and included a balcony. There was a great view from the balcony and everything was perfect including the breakfast which was a very nice spread a very good clean food.'

'Gorgeous little hotel, a real gem of a find. We had the best welcome of the week here during our train tour of Switzerland. A warm welcome and even a lovely bar of chocolate when we left.
