« Really old and dirty place. Never stayed in such a terrible place. A typhoon was coming and the reception desk told us that we should stay in our room as nobody would be at the front desk. The day before the typhoon the stairs (open stairs without roof) were like a torrent. We really felt unsafe and left the hotel. The guy at the reception said that he would validate the refund for the remaining of the nights but they didn't. It is now 3 months later and the agency cannot contact anybody who...

« 房間空間寬敞，床墊非常的柔軟好舒眠，浴室跟廁所很乾淨，設施配偶洗衣烘乾機很貼心，整體來說住到太舒適了都不想退房。 »

« フロントスタッフの方の対応が非常に親切かつ丁寧でとても良い。気持ち良くチェックインできました。また館内利用の案内も的確。部屋は冷蔵庫・レンジ・シンクと通常の＋αの設備があるので使いやすい。長期滞在したいくらい。エアコンも沖縄の高温多湿を感じさせない。必ずリピートするホテル »

« I appreciated how they gave us fresh towels for each night of our stay. I also appreciated how they asked if we would like room service between our nights. Unfortunately, the room did smell kind of moldy/mildewy so we resorted to keeping the window open while we were there. I do like the area of Nago it's in, easily walkable to some good restaurants, the ocean, and hiking. »

« 家族4人での利用。無料駐車場付き。部屋は充分な広さで、霧ヶ峰のエアコン、縦型洗濯機、衣類用ガス乾燥機（1時間もあれば乾く）、掃除機、電子レンジ、炊飯器、ミニキッチンなど設備が最高だった。三泊四日で、タオルは人数x２日分で、足りない時は自分で洗濯乾燥して使うスタイル。ゴミ箱が一杯になったら自分で一階外のゴミ置き場へ運ぶ。個人的に一押しなのはガス乾燥機付きであること。汗だくになった服をすぐ洗濯して乾燥させて、次の日には着れる。着替えは1日分あれば足りると思った。乾燥機運転中でも部屋はほとんど暑くならなかったのもよかった。 »
