'Great big rooms for 4, on 7th floor for families. Food in restaurant on ground floor is one of the best in town, but aircon always too cold, bring your longsleeves.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

'Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.'

'The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.'

'i was surprised and never thought that this cozy hotel is actually spacious. Good breakfast and walkable to downtown. Many options nearby for food, bar, caffe etc. overall great experience. Will consider to comeback. '
